Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your account, please review the following information:
â ī¸ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What will be deleted:
- Your personal information (name, phone number, email)
- Your viewing history and preferences
- Your saved videos and playlists
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
- All app data and settings
What happens to your subscription:
- Active subscription will be cancelled
- No refunds for remaining subscription period
- Autopay will be disabled
- You will lose access to premium content immediately
âšī¸ Note: Some information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution as required by law (up to 7 years for payment records).
How to delete your account:
Option 1: From the App
- Open the Thaedal app
- Go to Settings â Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Option 2: Contact Us
Send an email to admin@thaedal.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered phone number
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 48 hours.
Alternative Options:
Instead of deleting your account, you can:
- Cancel Subscription: Keep your account but stop payment
- Deactivate: Temporarily disable your account
- Clear Data: Remove viewing history without deleting account
